My voicemail said, deliberate ignorance of this message will be considered failure to appear. I think the rest got cut off because it played during the voicemail message. Surely law enforcement would make sure the entire message was recorded, if law enforcement actually called people. I’m sure that even telephone court, if it exists would send a notice of the supposed crime and notice of time of phone call. People work, after all.

I have gotten the “ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense” call twice now. The first number was 1-877-945-6257 and the second was 1-802-308-0426. Tbh they kinda frightened me until I did a google search of the actual message the robot left. People seriously suck.

Just received a call from (919) 979-9124, female robotic voice saying the same things, but with a case number and “for more information about your case you can contact the tax and crime unit at our number…”
Just got this same call a few minutes ago from (314) 269-1946 with a case number as well! Left a perecorded voicemail saying, “This information would be considered an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before the magistrate judge or exempt jury for a federal criminal offense which is against your name. Your case ID is (my first initials followed by numbers) for more information you can contact the tax and crime unit on our number that is 314-269-1946 I repeat 314′ and then it cut off.
208-506-2697 same recording called and left a message
Been receiving calls of this nature with the automated robot voice for about a month now. Interesting Ly enough they don’t seem to talk until I say hello.
I have been receiving the same call from this number all week 226-188-8496 this is a transcript call from my voice mail as follows:
“Federal criminal offense so before this matter goes to Federal claims court house for you get arrested kindly press one and speak to an officer now…”

Received exact same message 5 times today. Mimicking the Ottawa courthouse number 613-239-1054. Really scary when you first look it up i hope no one falls for this.
