2. Services and General Conditions

• Services are "AS-IS" and we are not liable for errors or service interruptions.

• Late fees apply for overdue payments and accounts may be suspended for non-payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide necessary access information and inform us of any non-standard configurations or prior issues affecting services.

4. Hosting Services

• Hosting covers server space and data transfer for your website. Changes to services may occur without prior notice.
• Acceptable Use Policy compliance is mandatory. Breaches may result in suspension or termination.

5. Term, Suspension, and Termination

• Agreements renew automatically based on selected periods.
• Accounts may be suspended for policy breaches, with termination possible if issues are not resolved.
• Service charges continue during suspensions.

6. Information Usage

• We may disclose account-related information as required by law or for compliance purposes.
• Clients agree to maintain accurate account information and accept communications regarding services and updates.

7. Warranties and Liability

• Services are provided without warranty. Northwoods Web Designs LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service use.

8. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments can be monthly or annually, with default billing set to annually.
• Monthly plans relinquish website rights upon cancellation without a buyout. Full payment is required for website packages.
• Cancellations require 30-day notice. Refunds are at Northwoods Web Designs' discretion.

9. Domain Registration

• Domains must be linked to a hosting or Web Care Services plan. Domain-only registration is prohibited.

10. Confidential Information

• We protect client confidential information but do not disclose it unless legally necessary.

11. Feedback and Marketing

• We may contact you regarding services and solicit feedback through approved third parties. Contact information will not be sold.

12. Intellectual Property

• Northwoods Web Designs LLC holds rights to its trademarks and content. Use requires permission.

13. Scope of Agreement

• The TOS governs your use of our services and supersedes prior agreements. Claims must be made within one month of issue.
