Don’t fall for this type of scam. Generally your email spam filter should have caught this, but if not, simply delete it.  Its their marketing ploy to make it appear as your actual domain name is expiring and you will never see it again.

They are unfortunately an actual company (shady one at that), that have many folks falling for their scams and paying them.
