  2. 844-517-1405. Posing as an FBI agent, saying I need to call back concerning a Federal Criminal Offense.

  3. ‭+1 (519) 741-3200‬ Called me twice this morning. I googled the number and it came up as a courthouse in an area close to me. With having owe a little bit of tax from previous years I got a little bit worried. When I answered it it went to a voice recording saying “avoiding this call is avoiding arrest” then it went through to a call centre and someone from a noisy call centre answered saying “how can I help you” as if I’m ordering pizza. I said “you called me?!”. Then he asked me for my social insurance number and name. So I said “no thank you” and he hung up. I knew it was a scam then.

    They never mention my name or anyone else’s that they are trying to reach

I received a call today that said “Attention ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense this is the final attempt to reach you to resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a federal agent” The number they used was 208-786-8803

  13. Got a call today from 844-899-8355. Same deal as others, threat of federal criminal offense. Phone blocked as potential spam. They left a VM.

  15. Received this call. The phone number they called from and listed is 855.259.3989. I laughed so hard when I saw it.
