I have received the same, identical language about it being my last chance before appearing before a federal magistrate. Mine also went straight to voice mail without ringing the phone. The number given was a different one: 410/774-0632

I got a call from 1-800-934-4952. The first part was cut off because it started playing while my greeting was playing, but the recorded portion is “…by the department of justice against your social insurance number. Ignoring this would be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearances before the magistrate judge or exempt jury for a federal criminal offence. So before this matter goes to federal courthouse or you get arrested, kindly press 1 and speak to an officer now.”

I received the same voicemail except the number showed up with an Austrian country code. Same robotic voice though. I laughed at it and deleted the message
Just had these same scammers call me under a restricted number. I’m in Minden,Louisiana. They arnt scary but definitely need to be shut down. Should make a national announcement about all these scams.
What happens if you answer their questions
Phone number 833-323-0383 called me and said they were calling from Texas and I asked for their ID number which is PC98674
They were trying to say my Social Security Number was being used for fraudulent activity and were trying to scare me into thinking I would be arrested. Then asked me for the last 4 of my Social Security Number.
(724) 670-2011 same scam threat. My phone didn’t even ring it was straight to voicemail.
