Are Pay Monthly Website Design Plans Available to Everyone?
No, Pay Monthly Website Design Plans are by invite only. 

Are there upfront fees? With as little as a month payment deposit, we start spending hours building and customizing your website. We even configure the hosting and domain name. 

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime? After the 12-Month Minimum Term, you can cancel with no cancellation fees or penalties.

Upon your first installment payment, you will be entering a monthly 12-month minimum agreement with Northwoods Web Designs.

At Anytime after the 12 months, the Client can end this agreement by giving NWD 20 days notice. Your website will then be deactivated and if applicable, you can request your domain name to be released from us and transferred to another hosting provider; for a small domain transfer fee of $30.

Since most of our referrals come from our sites we build, as part of the already discounted pay monthly services, a link to Northwoods Web Designs will appear in either small type or small graphic at the bottom of the Client’s website; and your site may be featured on our portfolio. The branding link can be removed for a $3 p/Month branding removal fee.

Additional charges will apply on changes to the actual design or additional pages beyond the 5 pages. If you fail to make a payment; your site may be temporarily taken offline until payment is made.

We will update the components we install to your website and your content management system to ensure your website is safe and secure, and running optimally.

Submitting update requests is easy. Simply submit a website maintenance request here (submit change request) with the changes you would like made.

While we fully test our websites, sometimes a fault may occur that is due to our work. In this event we will fix the fault for you at no cost.

While we do try to include as many requests as possible with our Pay Monthly Website Plans, the following is not included as a standard design:

– Enhancements or additional changes to pages design/functionality
– Changes to your design or image modifications after launch

We can do all the above for you, but some services or images for example can cost a significant amount of additional fees or time to integrate.

Simply let us know any special requests when you contact us, and we’ll include any additional costs in your proposal.

To allocate and secure design and development time for any new web design project, an online payment must be to start the Pay Monthly Website Design Services subscriptions.

Credit or Debit cards, and ACH signups are acceptable with our subscriptions. This ensures payments are made and there will be no disruption to your website services.
