On NWD, LLC Hosting system, each account has a preset quota limit which corresponds to their web hosting packages or plans allocated disk space.
All mail accounts (emails), website files, images, documents make up total disk space used. You may either receive a mailbox size warrning, or disk warning notification, depending on how your hosting account is utilized.
Email notifications are sent out by the mail system when a domain has used a percentage of their overall quota.
- If a domain has used between 80% and 90% of their allocated quota, the admin of the domain receive a notification via email.
- If a domain has used between 90% and 100% of their allocated quota, the admins of the domain receive a warning via email.
- Once the domain has used the full 100% of their allocated quota, all mail accounts at the domain will not be able to receive any new emails and no new files can be added to the website until the domain is well under their allocated quota.
