Common Questions
Will I own my website after it’s built?
Yes, you will have 100% ownership of your website, giving you full control and rights over your digital presence.
Is hosting and maintenance included in the package? Web Care Services for $39 per month cover all hosting, maintenance and support keeping your website optimum, secure and viewable to the public.
Can I request changes after the website is live? Absolutely! We offer support for minor edits at no additional charge to keep your site updated and aligned with your business needs.
Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to commence the website design project, with the remaining 50% payable upon the successful launch of the site. This ensures a smooth workflow and mutual commitment to the project’s completion.
An official website agreement proposal will also be provided that will simply need an approval to proceed.
Support & Updates
We will update the components we install to your website and your content management system to ensure your website is safe and secure, and running optimally.
Submitting update requests is easy. Simply submit a website maintenance request here (submit change request) with the changes you would like made.
While we fully test our websites, sometimes a fault may occur that is due to our work. In this event we will fix the fault for you at no cost.
Exclusions
While we do try to include as many requests as possible with our ongoing Web Care Plan services, the following is not included as a standard edits:
– Enhancements or additional changes to pages design/functionality
– Changes to your design or image modifications after launch
We can do all the above for you, but some services or images for example can cost a significant amount of additional fees or time to integrate.
Simply let us know any special requests when you contact us, and we’ll include any additional costs in your proposal.
