QUICK SETUP GENERAL GUIDE
⚠️ Important Support Disclaimer We provide the server settings necessary to connect your email. However, we do not provide technical support for configuring or troubleshooting specific devices (such as iPhones, Androids, or PCs) or 3rd-party software (like Outlook or Apple Mail).
If you need help setting up your device:
- Contact your IT person or company technician.
- Reach out to the device vendor (Apple, Samsung, Microsoft).
- Provide them with the "Server Details" section below.
Need instant access? Use our Webmail Solution in any web browser. It is fully supported and requires no setup.
Phase 1: Choosing Your Setup Type
When you add a new account to your app, you will likely be asked to choose between IMAP and POP.
- Recommended: IMAP
- Why? It keeps everything in sync. If you read an email on your phone, it shows as "read" on your computer. All folders and backups stay on our secure server.
- Not Recommended: POP
- Why? It downloads emails to one device and often deletes them from the server. This makes it impossible to see the same emails on multiple devices.
Phase 2: The Settings (Manual Setup)
Open your email app and select Add Account, then choose Manual/Advanced Setup. Use the exact details below:
| Setting | What to Enter |
| Email Address | Your full email (e.g., john.doe@yourdomain.com) |
| Username | Your full email address (same as above) |
| Password | Your email password |
| Incoming Server | imap.emailarray.com |
| Incoming Port | 993 (Select SSL encryption) |
| Outgoing Server | smtp.emailarray.com |
| Outgoing Port | 465 (Select SSL encryption) |
| Authentication | Required (Check the box that says "My server requires authentication") |
Phase 3: Troubleshooting & Help
If the settings above do not work, it is usually a local device setting or a saved password error. Please refer to the official guides from the people who made your device:
- Add an email account to Microsoft Outlook
- Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Add another email account to the Gmail app
Reminder: Troubleshooting specific phones or computers falls under general "Computer Support" and is outside our scope of service. If your device is giving you trouble, please use the Webmail link to ensure you don't miss any important messages while your IT person assists you with your device.
