How to setup Email in Outlook 2010 Print

To add a new Internet E-Mail Account to Outlook 2010, complete the following steps 





5) On the Internet E-mail settings screen, fill out the information with your username and domain information. 

Note:  The default Account Type is POP3 which works well if you are using a single device to retrieve email and is recommended.  If you plan on using multiple devices to retrieve your email, then IMAP should be selected.  


After click on the More or Advanced settings button, complete the following.

6)      On the Outgoing Server tab, select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box. 


7)      On the advanced tab you can leave the default settings and click OK.  

That completes adding an internet mail account to Local Outlook 2010 Client.
