If your purchased email accounts with your hosting plan, you will have access to Webmail. Webmail is a great feature that allows you to view and reply from your favorite internet browser. Can download the Webmail Quick Start Guide Here.
The links below are examples to access your webmail from any browser. The word "DOMAINNAME" would need to be replaced with your own domain name.
There are several ways to access your Webmail.
https://DOMAINNAME/webmail or https://DOMAINNAME:2095
Log in with your Webmail Credentials (these are different than your CMS website or billing login to our client area).
You will be presented with the Webmail Home Dashboard similar to shown below.
You can read and respond to emails using your professional email address by clicking on the roundcube box which will bring you to the RoundCube Webmail Viewer.
Please Note: If you are unable to access the URLs above, please make sure you are not behind a firewall (either your Internet Service Provider or home/business router) that is blocking outbound TCP ports 2082, 2083, 2086, 2087, 2095 and 2096.
