    Are there upfront fees?<\/strong>\u00a0With as little as a month payment deposit, we start spending hours building and customizing your website. We even configure the hosting and domain name.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Upon your first installment payment, you will be entering a monthly 12-month minimum agreement with Northwoods Web Designs.<\/p>\n

    At Anytime after the 12 months, the Client can end this agreement by giving NWD 20 days notice. Your website will then be deactivated and if applicable, you can request your domain name to be released from us and transferred to another hosting provider; for a small domain transfer fee of $30.<\/p>\n

    Since most of our referrals come from our sites we build, as part of the already discounted pay monthly services, a link to Northwoods Web Designs will appear in either small type or small graphic at the bottom of the Client’s website; and your site may be featured on our portfolio. The branding link can be removed for a $3 p\/Month branding removal fee.<\/p>\n

    Additional charges will apply on changes to the actual design or additional pages beyond the 5 pages.     We will update the components we install to your website and your content management system to ensure your website is safe and secure, and running optimally.<\/p>\n

    Submitting update requests is easy. Simply submit a website maintenance request here (submit change request<\/a>) with the changes you would like made.<\/p>\n

    While we fully test our websites, sometimes a fault may occur that is due to our work.     We can do all the above for you, but some services or images for example can cost a significant amount of additional fees or time to integrate.<\/p>\n
